Welcome to Ramar Foods Customer Portal Help Page
This guide will walk you through how to register, log in, view invoices, make payments, and reset your password.
To get started:
Fill out your contact information, including your name, email, phone number, and customer code, which can be found on the upper left of your most recent invoices.
Create a password and click “Continue” to complete the registration.
Once your account is approved:
Go to the portal login page.
Enter your email and password.
Click “Login.”
After logging in:
Click “Invoices” in the left menu.
You’ll see a summary of all invoices, including due dates and balances.
Click the document icon to view or download each invoice.
Click the bank icon next to the invoice you want to pay.
Select “Pay with Bank Account.”
Confirm or revise the amount to be paid.
Enter your routing and account numbers, confirm, and agree to the terms.
Click “Submit Payment.”
Click the credit card icon next to the invoice you want to pay.
Select “Pay with Credit Card.”
Confirm or revise the amount to be paid.
Fill out your card and billing details.
Click “Submit Payment.”
If you forgot your password:
On the login page, click “Forgot Password.”
Enter your email and click “Submit.”
Check your inbox for reset instructions.
